My Sunday Photo - Banana Bread

Sorry for my absence last week ... I was moving and got stuck in dozens of removal boxes and I don't know how many tons of paper and cardboard :-)
For the first time since I've moved to La Palma I actually own an oven and was able to bake my first ever cake over here ... yippeeehhh ... banana bread
It turned out to be quite good but still need a bit of experimenting with the new oven and the different ingredients. More cakes on the horizon :-)
